We are hoping to close a deal to buy a fixer - I want this site set up to document the MANY changes we will have to do in order to get the house made into a home! I know that once I get a house, I won't have time to get the blog looking good, so I thought I'd do it first. Fingers crossed that one of the two houses that we are the backup bidder on goes through!
